| Parabolic flights represent a practical way to obtain microgravity
conditions on earth for periods of up to 20 seconds. Microgravity is achieved
on board of a commercial airliner which performs a series of parabolas.
The ESA Education Office offers this opportunity to european students every
year.

They were carried out in 2002 and 2003 respectively, including 32 experiments
each.
I took part by helping on the organisation, as well as offering technical support to the experiments for their preparation for the safety inspection previous to the flight. During the flights, I helped the students to perform their experiments, taking part in a few of them, as well as taking care of the video documentation of the flight. |
| 7th STUDENT CAMPAIGN
It was celebrated on 2004 and, as always, 32 experiments took part. My task consisted on giving technical support for the preliminary design of the experiments, as well as helping on the organisation by taking part as a board member on the preliminary design review. |
